The Break The Vault promotion (the "Promotion") begins August 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping and count-keeping device.
Participation is free. No purchase of any product is required to join, to receive a code, to open the vault, or to claim a reward. Sponsor does not send marketing text messages for this Promotion.
No online sign-up is necessary. To receive a vault code without joining online, request one in person at the store counter during business hours, or hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address and date of birth on a plain 3" × 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Requests must be postmarked by August 24, 2026 and received by August 29, 2026. Limit one request per person. Participants who take part by this method receive a vault code and a reward on the same terms as participants who join online, subject to the 500-participant limit in §2.
Every valid participant receives a reward. There is no losing outcome. The base reward is a $10 Spice gift card.
Featured rewards — the higher-value gift cards and the featured products listed in §7 — are assigned through a randomized reward rotation while supplies last. Available rewards vary by participation date and by remaining inventory. If featured inventory is exhausted, qualifying participants continue to receive the base reward.
Featured rewards are allocated at a fixed internal ratio to the base reward and are not distributed evenly across all participants. Participants do not have an equal chance of receiving every specific reward. Across the full Promotion, 149 of the 500 rewards are featured rewards and 351 are the $10 base reward.
The reward is determined by Sponsor's reward system at the time the vault is opened. The vault animation displays a reward that has already been assigned; the animation does not determine the reward.
The complete reward pool consists of 500 rewards with a total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $5,960.78. Approximate Retail Value is the regular retail price of each item at Sponsor's store; gift cards are stated at face value. Actual value may vary.

All rewards are issued while supplies last, in store only, and must be claimed in person at the time the vault is opened. Spice gift cards are redeemable in store only and have no cash value.
If any advertised reward becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a $10 Spice gift card or another reward of equal or greater value, subject to availability. This applies to every reward listed in §7, including the gift card rewards.
No more than 500 rewards will be issued in total. Rewards are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion as stated in this section.
All Spice gift cards issued in this Promotion — including any substitute gift card — are redeemable in store only at Spice Boutique and have no cash value. They may not be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your information for administration of this Promotion. Email marketing consent is optional and is not required to participate or to receive a reward. Sponsor does not send marketing text messages for this Promotion.
By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the sign-up process, the vault display, or the operation of the Promotion.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion — Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, and to issue any remaining rewards in a manner it deems fair and consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for sign-ups that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
