Does everyone really get a reward?
Yes. Every valid participant receives a reward, with a $10 Spice gift card as the base reward. There is no losing outcome. The promotion is limited to the first 500 participants.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no purchase or payment necessary at any point — to join, to receive a code, to open the vault, or to claim your reward.
How do I get my code?
By email, right after you join. You can also request a code free of charge at the store counter during business hours.
Will you text me?
No. We do not send marketing text messages for this promotion. Your code and any member offers come by email.
Where do I redeem my reward?
In store at Spice Boutique, 3612 Industrial Drive, Santa Rosa. Rewards are claimed in person at the counter at the time the vault is opened.
Can I get cash instead?
No. Gift cards are redeemable in store only and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
What if a reward runs out?
Featured rewards are awarded while supplies last. If any advertised reward becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a $10 gift card or another reward of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
Who can take part?
Legal California residents 18 or older. One code and one reward per person. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to claim.
